EA closes Dawngate MOBA games

Not surprisingly, we saw lots of giant publishers flocked to mix their own MOBA game. The success shown League of Legends and DOTA 2 is not only successful to get massive fan base, but also the advantages that are so great, to be one of the most powerful motivations. Rely on micro-transactions as a source of revenue, the publisher is trying to create a different flavor through the world, visuals, and new characters while still trying to keep the gameplay that is familiar sensation to accommodate gamers who might move to another games. But unfortunately, the MOBA genre is not easy to be subdued by two giants that have dominated from the start. The victim was falling.

EA actually had two MOBA games as a backbone - Infinite Crisis and Dawngate. Infinite Crisis did manage to survive through the universe of superhero vs. with unique villain, but unfortunately, the same good fortune did not occur in Dawngate. MOBA games with a little cartoon visuals are officially shut down by EA itself. Game developed by Games this way path which had been undergoing beta period for 18 months, but with the growth that is recognized, is a failure. With results like these, then EA has no alternative other options - other than closing it. All gamers who had to disburse funds for micro-transactions will also receive a refund. It remains unclear, how the fate of Waystone Games as developer after closing this Dawngate.
